I'm Elizabeth Bravo, and this is my story.
For 18 years, I worked in sectors such as banking, technology, and sales. I always prioritized my work, others, and my professional growth. I studied and worked tirelessly, became a wife and mother, and over time, I realized that the only thing left out of my equation was myself: my passions, my tastes, and my self-care.
Later, as a freelancer helping others with their employability, I found even less space for myself. Until 2021, when the lack of balance between my personal, family, and work life led me to a deep depression. I disconnected from life when I prioritized the wrong thing: work.
During that process of introspection, I realized something powerful: in the environments I worked in, many women also lacked the knowledge of what it meant to take care of themselves from the inside out. They knew plastic surgeons and invested in expensive external treatments, but not in their daily well-being. I met women who, like me, had dedicated their lives to work, always putting themselves on the back burner.
That's when I realized my purpose was to help. To help balance the lives of many women through what I know how to do, my experience, and my own transformation.
This is how Magic Women was born in 2022
I didn't just want to sell products; I wanted to build a world for women where they could find more than self-care: knowledge, awareness, and self-love. Through my research, I realized the market needed high-quality, effective products designed for women who, like me, are short on time and need short but powerful routines.
Today, Magic Women offers 16 dermatologically tested, vegan, and carefully formulated products so more women can feel good about themselves without complications. But the brand's essence goes much further. It's about balancing our lives, understanding that work is important, but it's not everything. That our mental health, our well-being, and our happiness should also be a priority.
Self-love isn't a fad or a cliché; it's a necessity. It's also about knowing how to set boundaries, making decisions for ourselves, and understanding that, in business, we're replaceable, but in our own lives, we're not.
That's why we call it Magic Women. Because it's a magical world for magical women, where they find magical products all in one place. But beyond the products, the magic lies in the small details, in the stories, in the time, and in the efforts we make to help other women shine.
If I've learned anything along the way, it's that when a woman prioritizes herself, everything in her life begins to transform. And I want Magic Women to be a reminder that we all deserve that space.
